(Makati City, Philippines) GT Capital Holdings, Inc. (GT Capital) formally donated a 15-hectare parcel of land at Riverpark in General Trias City to Ateneo de Manila University. The property will serve as the future site of a new Ateneo campus in Cavite, bringing holistic and world-class education closer to students residing in the south of Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.

The signing ceremony for the Deed of Donation was held on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the GT Tower International Penthouse in Makati City. The donation marks a significant milestone following the Memorandum of Agreement signing between GT Capital and Ateneo de Manila in October 2025, an important step toward expanding access to quality education in Cavite.

Riverpark is the largest township development between GT Capital wholly owned property subsidiary Federal Land, Inc. (Federal Land) and joint venture Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. (FNG).

The new Ateneo campus adds to a growing roster of strategic developments within the township, which includes the UNIQLO Logistics Facility launched last April, and the upcoming SM City General Trias. Meanwhile, the commercial lots at Riverpark North are poised to emerge as a future lifestyle destination. The township is likewise set to benefit from improved accessibility through two interchanges of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX): the Open Canal Interchange slated for completion in 2026 and the Riverpark-General Trias Interchange targeted for completion in 2027.
