Federal Land, Inc. is a member of GT Capital Holdings and a proud partner of the Metrobank Group. It began in Manila as Federal Homes, Inc. in 1972 but has since grown into Federal Land, Inc., a prime real estate developer in the Philippines.
For over fifty four years, Federal Land has been creating properties built on the values of trust, reliability, and integrity. It is the developer of many large-scale developments: residential condominiums, office buildings, retail and commercial centers, mixed-use townships and masterplanned communities.
